One year ago...

I would just like to point out that as of

6.20.2010

I have been with my boyfriend for ONE whole year.

Thee longest time I have ever been in a relationship with a boy.

Granted, I did spend it alone, but I had the most amazing day,

thinking of all our memories together.

He is worth EVERY single bit of time i've waited.

I love him very much.

ALSO.

I finally had some time to hang out with my long lost bestie, Erin. She turned pages for me at a wedding, which was such a loooonnnnnggg time to play. It was completely worth it, because she was there to make me smile! After the wedding we went to Toy Story 3....which for the record, is sad. I cried a little bit at the end, not gonna lie. Not quite sure how I feel about it. But we had a blast annoying these boys that sat next to us in a truck. We made them buy us popcorn, threw half a bag of sweedish fish at their heads, and just pretended we were part of all there conversations and stuff. It was so fun. I love that girl to death. I laughed harder than I've laughed in a long time, which felt good. My friend Josh also decided to join us part way through the movie. He was most likely annoyed at how obnoxious erin and I were being...but he delt with it :) the best part of the night?

SNOW CONES.

Hellllooooo summer :D

Birthday/Memorial Day Weekend

So far, my summer is turning out better than I thought it would. There have been ups and downs. Since my blog is a positive place, we're going to focus on thee ups :)

I had my birthday, which was awesome. I turned 19 (woo) and had alot of people show up to my party. It was super nice to be surrounded by friends and family. Everyone came over for delicious cake, I unwrapped my presents, and then me and a few of my friends went cruising...which was epic. Haha! Here are some pictures from my birthday.

We had a old family friend get married the day after my birthday. Joni Curtis...now Joni Packard! She got married in the temple to an awesome man who seems perfect for her. I love/hate weddings at the same time. Love: because they are so beautiful and happy. Hate: because I want one. Haha! All of my single friends are dropping like flies...getting sucked into the venus fly trap commonly known as marriage. Ugh! I played piano at her luncheon, and was happy I got to be a part of her wedding! I love Joni and her family so much!

The rest of my memorial day weekend rocked. I honestly spend my days at school, with Heidi, at my house, or a Trudy and Mike's house. Nothing super exciting, but the simple pleasure of it is just kind of delightful! Summer school is over for me in a week. I have a really good speech class. My teacher is awesome, and the kids in it are so friendly. EVERYONE is married with kids, which puts me as the oddball, but suprisingly, everyone is so nice and I really like it. Taylor came home from college, and I found out he's coming to ISU in the fall! He's a music major, thus I am very excited. I went out to his house for a memorial day BBQ, and it was delicious. I made some awesome new friends...and all together just had a really good memorial day weekend.

as for Kelly...his mission is chugging along. I recieved a very lovely letter from him on my birthday, and also a beautiful card. I miss him like CRAZY but am sort of excited about how fast the time is going! He's almost been out 8 months...which is getting close to a year! Once I hit my year mark I've heard it goes by so crazy fast. I can't wait to see him. I love him oh so very much. But...I bet you already knew that ;)
